The main stone house as well as the outbuilding and its gardens were built in 2008 on 21.000sqm and was completely renovated in 2023. Particular attention was paid to gardens, technical installations and the original structure of the property. The high vaulted interior design, sunlighted rooms and sand-coloured natural stone walls reflect authentic Mallorca in all its facets take you on a luxury journey through your stay. During the summer days you can enjoy the fresh breeze by opening the big daylight windows. In the colder seasons, the fireplace promises an absolute cozy ambiance together with pleasant temperatures coming from the new floor heating system. Our 60sqm covered terrace by the pool is perfect for spending some time in the shade with a good book or enjoying a good meal at any time of the day. In the evening this area is the perfect spot to enjoy first the Mallorca sunset followed by a magical prepared dinner. Children are well taken care of. Thanks to its excellent location in the middle of the Island approximately halfway between Palma and Manacor, Finca Passion, is the ideal starting point for excursions and sports activities.
The beautiful town Montuïri can be reached in 5 km. Here you will find restaurants, bars, supermarkets and pharmacies. Also, the weekly local market each Monday can be a nice topic to see.
A special highlight for the location is his history with windmills, which can be seen in a museum closed by. Different little mountains are surrounding the village and can be also visited. Within a short drive of 25min you can arrive to the capital city Palma with a variety of shops, restaurants and museums. Driving the other direction the touristic village Manacor with markets and shops can be reached.
Golf lovers can improve their handicap at several nearby golf courses. Cycling enthusiasts can explore the island on adjacent cycle paths or country roads just starting from the Finca.
