CEO Murat Cetin is the founder, visionary but above all the heart of our company, because of his great sense of hospitality and his many years of experience in the luxury segment of the gastronomy industry, he knows like no other how to fulfill all your wishes before you can even imagine them: "Ever since I grew up in Turkish culture as a child, I have known how wonderful it is to receive guests. It was always special for me when we had guests at home. Inspired by this friendliness and hospitality, I started my career in great hotels and restaurants around the world. I traveled the globe and was inspired by the most extraordinary resorts and hotels. I learned from great mentors and served wonderful celebrities, politicians and businessmen. Today, I am in the fortunate position of starting my own business. When I was teaching my colleagues in the hospitality industry, I always told them that if you want to make it in this type of work, you always have to have heart and passion for service! Rules

Our Villas should be a second home to you. You should feel comfortable and be able to rest. We have put a lot of effort into the furnishings and hope that you will find everything you need. The following house rules should be a help for a harmonious stay. We have also listed some rules that we hope you will understand. By treating the apartment in an orderly manner, you will help us to continue to provide you and other guests with satisfactory accommodations in the future.

General

If you miss anything in the facility or if you need help, please contact us with confidence. All things that are in the finca or on the terrace, or belong to it, may and should be used by the guests. Please take care of all the furnishings and inventory.

Kitchen

Please take care of the kitchen equipment and the technical devices. Since a dirty kitchen pleases no one, please put dishes, pots and cutlery in the cupboards only when they are clean and dry. Please do not place hot pots and other hot items on the tables or countertop without a trivet. Always use a cutting board as a base for cutting. Please leave the interior of the oven and microwave in a clean condition.

Damage

Nobody damages things on purpose, but it can happen to everybody that something gets broken. We would be pleased if you inform us about the damage and we will not find it out after your departure during the final cleaning. The tenant is liable for damages, in the amount of the replacement costs.

Vetilation

To avoid the formation of mold, we ask you to ventilate the rooms sufficiently, at least 1x shock ventilation per day for 5-10 min and especially after showering.

Duty of care

We ask our guests to treat the villa with care and to ensure that fellow guests and relatives also observe the rental conditions. The entrance door should always be closed when leaving the house with the key. Likewise, all windows should be closed when leaving the villa to avoid possible damage due to bad weather or burglary.

Disposal

Waste is separated into residual waste, glass, paper and packaging with the green dot. Appropriate containers are available on the property. Avoid anything that can cause blockages in the pipes (no hygiene products in the toilet).

Cleaning

If a mishap should happen to you, we ask you to clean it up immediately. Quiet times In the sense of a good neighborhood, we ask you to observe the public quiet times such as midday, night and Sunday rest.

Internet/WLAN

Free internet is available in the villa. Please ask us for the access code. You can use the Internet with your own WLAN-enabled device (notebook, PDA, smartphone, etc.). You use the Internet at your own risk, the landlord excludes any liability in connection with the Internet use of the tenant. For the use of Internet access via WLAN, the WLAN usage rules must also be observed. To use streaming services is not allowed.

Smoking

Smoking is not allowed in the villa. Please leave the villa to smoke. Please dispose of fully cooled cigarette butts in the trash can.

Pets

Bringing pets is allowed by arrangement with the landlords.

Parking facilities

It is possible to park directly in the protected parking lot in front of the villa. In case of loss or damage to motor vehicles parked or maneuvered on the property and their contents, the landlord is not liable, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

Key

Please never give the keys out of your hand. A loss of the keys has to be reported immediately and the guest is liable up to the amount of the replacement costs.

Liability

The landlord is not liable for valuables of the guest(s).

By booking the villa we assume that the house rules are accepted.
